Humorous front desk staff
Noisy lift doors, slamming of doors in the wee hours, so loud disturbing sleep.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
Hotel is in a new township. Still many empty shoplots. No shopping nearby and difficult to get taxi. Room is also extremely small and stuffy.

the hotel overall is clean and decent. cheap for a location like PJ
no proper bed sheets (they only provide mattress protector). towel provided is damped. the cupboard is a bit dusty.

Very nice, clean and comfortable; free wifi and convenient 24-hr mamak restuarant right beneath and a 7-Eleven just a 1min walk away; also nearby to Oldtown Kopitiam...a little deserted due to new developed area but the quite surroundings are just perfect. Bath and hair shampoo provided is of good quality. Free drinking water provided - excellent.
Due to newly developed area, a little difficult to get a taxi but the staff was very helpful in helping in calling for one. Would be nice to have coffee-tea making facilities inside the room - please look into this.
